Remember the almost detective story of the Belgian 155-mm M109 SpH, which were first sold to a private company and then wanted to be transferred to Ukraine, but  suddenly disappeared? So, those SpH were found!

It turned out that the Belgian M109 were purchased from a private company by the British Ministry of Defense, repaired and finally sent to Ukraine. This was reported by the Minister of Defense of the United Kingdom Ben Wallace. We are talking about more than 20 M109 anti-aircraft guns and “dozens, if not hundreds” of anti-ship missiles.

And although, according to the minister, in some areas of the front the Russians have a 20-fold advantage in the number of artillery barrels, he predicts that soon the Ukrainians will be able to achieve “significant progress in the east.” Because numbers are not everything, parameters of modern Western technology and the ability to use these weapons are important.

By the way, after his visit to Kyiv, French President Emmanuel Macron announced that France will hand over six more CAESARs. That is, a total of 18 CAESARs will be in the Armed Forces. If each visit to Kyiv brings at least 6 SpH from the president at a time, let him come here more often.
