Postage stamp Good evening, we are from Ukraine! will be released in mid-July 2022

Ukrposhta announced the winner of the popular vote for the sketch of the future postage stamp Good evening, we are from Ukraine!

The winning stamp is the one on which a Ukrainian tractor pulls an abandoned Russian tank. For the first time such an event took place in Mykolayiv region at the beginning of a full-scale invasion, later this flash mob was picked up by peasants from other parts of Ukraine, where the invaders’ equipment managed to reach.

More than 340,000 Ukrainians voted for the sketch with the tractor on Ukrposhta’s social networks and in the application Diya, and a total of almost 834,000 people voted for various options. A remarkable surge of interest in philately: in the previous such event, in which the stamp was chosen Russian warship, go…!, only 8,000 people took part.

The postage stamp Good evening, we are from Ukraine will be issued in July 2022 with a circulation of 5 million copies, of which 3 million with the denomination for payment of postal items within the country and 2 million – with the denomination for international mail.
