Blood Bowl 3 is a kind of unusual turn-based sports simulator in Warhammer Fantasy, a kind of parody of American football, based on the eponymous board game published by Games Workshop.

It was first adapted for computers in 1995, under MS-DOS, and now the series is relevant, the first game of which was released in 2009, the second – in 2015. At one time, Blood Bowl 2 received quite positive reviews and was released not only on PCs, but also on PS4 and Xbox One consoles. And now, seven years later, the third part is approaching.

Blood Bowl 3 uses an updated second edition of the rules (1988 edition) and will have both a single-user story and online mode. The process of its development was very long, first the release was planned in August 2021, then it was postponed to February 2022, and now it is “planned later this year.”

The game will be released on all major platforms: PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PS5/PS4, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. On the official website, anyone can sign up for the beta test, which will run from 1 on June 12. In the meantime, you can watch the new trailer dedicated to this event.
