Driver’s license and registration certificate available in Diia again

The Ministry of Statistics said that Ukrainians can again use digital versions of driver’s licenses and registration certificates in the Diia application. Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, they have been unavailable due to the disconnection of state registers by the national security services.

Now the Unified State Register of Vehicles of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has resumed its work in a safe place. From now on, Ukrainians will again be able to use a driver’s license and registration certificate in Diia. In addition, the documents will be pulled up automatically.

At the end of last year, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine equated electronic driver’s license and registration certificate to their paper and plastic analogues. They can be used anywhere, and no one has the right to request a paper version of the document.
