Nova Poshta continues to resume operations and open post offices and parcel lockers where possible. On April 12, 2022, alone, another 160 offices were opened in Kyiv, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Khmelnytskyi, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv regions, as well as Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia, Lviv, and Rivne regions.

The leader in the number of working post offices is Kyiv region – 407 and Ivano-Frankivsk – 402. The whole network of post offices has started in Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil. In total, the company has already opened 11,500 service points. There are 4,100 post offices, 7,600 street parcel lockers, courier delivery and pick-up in 6,100 settlements. In addition, Nova Poshta assists the UN in implementing a large-scale program to support Ukrainians in two ways: transporting humanitarian aid from European countries and providing accommodation for UN humanitarian headquarters.

The company has joined the United Nations World Food Program (WFP): as part of the cooperation, Nova Poshta receives food from European countries, forms food kits and delivers them to settlements in accordance with the UN vision, especially to hot spots in Ukraine.

The UN is compiling a list of priority cities and towns, focusing on the regions with active combat operations and at risk of a humanitarian disaster.

As of the beginning of April (after one week of cooperation) Nova Poshta has prepared and delivered about 25,000 food kits to Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions. By the end of the month, Nova Poshta will have delivered another 300,000 sets to Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
