The Ukrainian Navy destroyed a UAV base in temporarily occupied Sevastopol, the press service of the Ukrainian Navy reported.
"The forces and means of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the base of the UAV "Forpost" (Mohajer-6) at the "Khersones" airfield in the city of Sevastopol in temporarily occupied Crimea," the message says.
The attack resulted in the destruction of up to three Mohajer-6 drones and two Forpost drones, which are used by the enemy for reconnaissance and monitoring of the surface situation in the Black Sea.
It should be noted that the Qods Mohajer-6 is an Iranian drone that can carry both multispectral surveillance equipment and up to four high-precision munitions. The Forpost UAV is a version of the Israeli Searcher II.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's GUR showed the results of combat drones in Crimea. Then, the scouts managed to hit enemy radar stations hidden in domes, a landing craft, and an air defense base on Ai-Petri.
