Ukraine has introduced a platform for testing foreign defense technologies based on Brave1. It is called Test in Ukraine, and developers can apply for testing their technologies in Ukraine. This is stated in the cluster's message.
According to Brave1, the goal of the platform is to maximize the involvement of partners to create technologies that will change the course of war.
"From now on, foreign manufacturers of UAVs, NRCs, water drones, electronic warfare, and artificial intelligence products will have a clear roadmap for testing their products in Ukraine," the report says.
Brave1 is convinced that testing in Ukraine is worth it for several reasons:
- Expertise from end users of technologies;
- Fully equipped testing grounds where you can test products in conditions close to combat;
- Quality feedback and protocols for technology improvement and validation;
- Cooperation with Ukrainian manufacturers for joint production and faster deployment of products at the front.
"Manufacturers will be able to test products directly on site, which allows for real-time adjustments. Or they can entrust testing to Brave1 - the cluster's specialists will independently conduct the testing and provide partners with a detailed report with the results," the message says.
It was previously reported that the EU and Ukraine are launching a new defense initiative, BraveTech EU, under which the parties will mobilize 100 million euros to find technological game-changers for war.
