Himera Radios has announced the launch of update 2.0 for its tactical radios. According to the developers, their radios are now capable of covering battalion-brigade levels, which is critical for coordination on the battlefield.
Among the technical innovations are an increased communication range, clearer voice reproduction, reduced noise levels, an autonomous repeater with the ability to remotely control and update, as well as an improved voice communication screen, which has become more informative.
In addition to hardware changes, Himera Radios presented a new application for managing radio stations and repeaters. The application has a clear interface, expanded functionality, and is now available in Ukrainian.
The company is currently inviting those interested to be among the first to test the update.
Recently, developers from Himera Radios showed how their Himera G1 PRO radios withstand explosive blasts. The radios were tested at a military training ground.
