Drone manufacturers Frontline and Quantum Systems have entered into a strategic agreement
Ukrainian company Frontline has signed a strategic agreement with German-Ukrainian drone manufacturer Quantum Systems, Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Mykhailo Fedorov announced.
"Investment in Ukrainian defense tech and integration into the European defense industry - Frontline and Quantum Systems have entered into a strategic agreement," he wrote.
According to his government official, both companies are participants in Brave1. And their partnership involves scaling up production in Ukraine and deeper integration into the European defense industry.
Mikhail Fedorov reminded that Quantum Systems is known for its drones with built-in artificial intelligence and real-time analytics. Meanwhile, Frontline designs and manufactures ground robots, drones and turrets, as well as develops software.
Among their developments:
· drone-bomber "Linza";
· reconnaissance drone "Zoom";
· "Storm" turret.
These products are already codified according to NATO standards and are used in 41 units.
"The Ukrainian defense tech ecosystem gives international partners the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment: create products, test them directly at the front, and quickly make changes based on feedback from the military," added Mykhailo Fedorov.
At the same time, according to Militarnyi, the agreement became a new stage in the companies' cooperation. It was preceded by a Memorandum of Strategic Partnership signed in April 2025.
According to the agreements, Quantum Systems will receive a 10% stake in Frontline with the option to increase it to 25% within the next 12 months.
As part of the partnership, Frontline has already begun integrating European components into its robotic systems, significantly increasing their effectiveness on the frontline.
It was previously reported that the Kyiv-headquartered defense technology company "Fourth Law" announced its first round of financing from a group of venture capital funds and angel investors from the EU, the US, and Canada.
