The founder of the defense technology company The Fourth Law (TFL), Yaroslav Azhnyuk, announced the codification of several of the manufacturer's products. He published the relevant information on Facebook.
"The first-level autonomy FPV Lupinis-10-TFL-1, as well as the TFL-1 autonomy module, are codified!" wrote Yaroslav Azhnyuk.
The entrepreneur added that a joint test certificate had previously been received from the National Defense University. This means that now the specified products and components can be purchased by the Defense Procurement Agency and units that needed codification.
"The codification of the autonomous drone and autonomy modules took a lot of time, because the approval system for these products is much stricter than for conventional FPV drones or fiber-optic drones. This required a long preparation, tests that lasted more than a week at the test site, and a lot of paperwork," Yaroslav Azhnyuk noted.
In July, the Ukrainian developer of AI-based solutions for FPV drones announced its first round of funding from a group of venture capital funds and angel investors from the EU, the US, and Canada. At the same time, it spoke publicly about its products for the first time.
One of them is the TFL-1 autonomy module. It gives drones the ability to fly autonomously on the last leg of the journey and cruise. The company said that the price of the module allows it to be installed on every FPV drone.
The developer also supplies Lupinis-10-TFL-1 – both a UAV (standalone drone) and an UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle complex), which consists of one hundred 10-inch FPV drones with TFL-1 autonomy, a ground control station, and auxiliary equipment.
