One UI 8 update schedule for most Samsung Galaxy devices has been released

Today, September 15, 2025, Samsung began rolling out the stable version of One UI 8.0, based on Android 16, to its Galaxy S25 series smartphones. The update is currently only available in South Korea, but the company plans to expand it to other countries in the near future.

According to a schedule posted on the Samsung community in South Korea (via Sammobile), most compatible devices will receive the update in October 2025, with the rest in November.

In September, the update will only be available for the Galaxy S25, S25+, S25 Ultra, and S25 Edge models.

One UI 8.0 is scheduled to be released in October for the following devices:

  • Galaxy S24 series (including S24 FE)
  • Galaxy Quantum 6
  • Galaxy S23 series (including S23 FE)
  • Galaxy Quantum 5
  • Galaxy Tab S10 series (including S10 FE and S10 FE+)
  • Galaxy A36
  • Galaxy Fold 6
  • Galaxy S6 Edge
  • Galaxy Fold Special Edition
  • Galaxy Quantum 4
  • Galaxy S22 series
  • Galaxy Tab S9 series
  • Galaxy Tab Active 5
  • Galaxy Jump 4
  • Galaxy A35
  • Galaxy Tab S10 Lite
  • Galaxy Tab S9 FE
  • Galaxy Tab S9 FE+
  • Galaxy XCover 7 Pro
  • Galaxy A53
  • Galaxy Buddies 4
  • Galaxy A34
  • Galaxy A25
  • Galaxy Wide 8

This list for South Korea does not include the Galaxy A54, A55, A56, Galaxy M series smartphones, and some others, so the actual update schedule for the global market may differ. More information on this is expected in the near future.
