The adventure game Boxville 2 from the Ukrainian studio Triomatica Games was released on Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, Apple Store, Google Play, as well as on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4/5, and Xbox One/Series X|S consoles.
Recall that Boxville 2 was presented a year ago during the Ukrainian Games Festival 2024. This is a continuation of the 2022 game - a classic adventure about funny tin cans living in a box city, which is somewhat reminiscent of the games of the legendary Amanita Design.
The story follows two friends setting off fireworks for a town festival, but a mistake causes chaos and one of their friends disappears. Now the main character must explore Boxville and its surroundings to fix things and find his friend.
Boxville 2 is a classic adventure game with fairly complex puzzles, so for those who are stuck, the authors have already posted an official walkthrough of the game, which takes a little over an hour.
Boxville 2 has interface localization… in 103 languages (!), including Ukrainian. There is no text or voice acting in the game, the characters communicate using pictures. On the occasion of the release, the game is offered with significant discounts. For example, on Steam Boxville 2 can be purchased for only 154 UAH until July 10.
