Warner Bros. TV has officially begun production on the fourth season of the sports comedy series Ted Lasso for Apple TV+, Apple CEO Tim Cook announced on social media.
Filming for the fourth season began on Monday in Kansas, the home state of the show's main character, Ted Lasso. This will be the first season to take place in the United States. This season, Lasso will also coach a women's soccer team.
In addition to Jason Sudeikis' Ted Lasso, viewers will also see Hannah Waddingham as AFC Richmond owner Rebecca Welton, Brett Goldstein as Roy Kent, and Jeremy Swift as Leslie Higgins, who have agreed to participate in the sequel. The season will also introduce a number of new characters.
Unfortunately, there are no additional details about the fourth season of Ted Lasso. Apple also did not reveal its premiere date.
