HMD has announced the Amped Buds, a pair of TWS earbuds and a 1600mAh power bank with Qi2 and MagSafe magnetic charging support. The earbuds will cost €200 and will be available in April.
The case and earbuds are available in blue, black, and pink. Amped Buds have 2 noise cancellation modes: ANC and ENC. Their housing has an IPX4 and IP54 protection class.
The case is only 14 mm thick. It can be used with magnetic cases or with any regular smartphone with wireless charging. There is a USB port for wired charging.
If you don't use the case to charge your smartphone, the headphones will last for 95 hours on a single charge. Without the case, the headphones will last up to 4 hours with active noise cancellation and twice as long without it. As a power bank, the case will last for 20% of the iPhone 16's charge when wirelessly charging and 24% when charging via cable.
