The Google Pixel 10 smartphone, which officially began shipping on August 28, 2025, has already received numerous complaints from owners about a screen malfunction.

According to reports on Reddit and Android Authority, the displays on some devices suddenly fill with "colored snow" — a static image with chaotic pixels, similar to interference in a television signal. At the same time, the device remains functional: the sensor responds to touches, and other functions continue to work. However, in this state, the smartphone still becomes practically unusable.

In the comments section, other Pixel 10 owners confirmed that they had also encountered a similar phenomenon. One user noted that at first they saw short flashes of lines, after which the screen was completely "covered" with interference, and it was only after a complete reboot that they were able to resume work. For some users, the problem disappears after a few minutes after locking and unlocking the device again.

The exact cause of the problem is currently unknown. Possible causes include hardware defects in the display, motherboard, or graphics chip. A software glitch, such as a graphics driver error, is also possible.

Google has not yet officially commented on the situation. Users who encounter the problem are advised to contact the company's support service and, if possible, provide photos or videos of the failure.
