Google continues to roll out new features for Gemini Live to users, with the company confirming that they will be available on "any Android device" with a Gemini Advanced subscription.
Some Google features, such as Circle to Search, are only available on Pixel smartphones and select third-party models, such as Samsung's Galaxy S and Nothing Phone (2) and (2a). But the company has decided to make Gemini Live Camera and Screen Sharing available to all users.
By the way, they were first introduced as part of Project Astra. Thanks to the innovations, Gemini will be able to identify objects through the camera or on the smartphone screen and provide answers to questions about them.
Because new features are being rolled out gradually, some users may not have access to them yet.
Regarding security, Google assures that the camera automatically turns off when you finish using Gemini and after locking the screen.
