The Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched a service that allows Ukrainians to apply for several social benefits at once with a single request in the Diia application. This is a comprehensive service that combines various types of assistance into a single mechanism without the need to visit government agencies or collect documents.
The service is available to families who already receive:
- assistance to the needy;
- payments for children of single mothers;
- temporary assistance for children whose parents do not pay child support or whose whereabouts are unknown.
Registration takes place online: the user submits an application in the "Services" section → "State Assistance" → "Basic Social Assistance" and signs it via "Act.Signature".
The amount of the payment is calculated individually. The base amount is UAH 4,500 for the first family member and 70% of this amount for each subsequent one; for children and people with disabilities, 100% of the base amount is applied.
The service is not available to those in temporarily occupied territories, in active combat zones, or abroad. Starting October 1, 2025, the range of recipients is planned to be expanded to other families who meet the program's criteria.
