Ciklum, a Ukrainian-based software development company, announced the acquisition of Polish-based GoSolve Group, a multinational digital solutions developer with expertise in the Go programming language, cloud migration, modernization, and DevOps.
Ciklum, which already brings together over 4,000 highly qualified engineers, designers, and consultants around the world, will be joined by about 150 more GoSolve Group specialists involved in the full Go development cycle: engineering, testing, product management, and support.
The main clients of GoSolve Group, which is present in India in addition to Poland, are businesses in the healthcare and retail sectors. As Ciklum said in a statement, these are two strategically important industries in which the company already has deep expertise.
Ciklum does not disclose the details of the condition.
"GoSolve's deep expertise in Go and high-performance systems enables us to build next-generation AI solutions, scale development, and achieve greater efficiency through optimized code. We are proud of Ciklum's Eastern European roots and are excited to add experts from this region to our team who share our vision for the future. Together, we will be able to offer even more innovation to our customers," commented Ciklum CEO Raj Radhakrishnan.
