The Beats brand, owned by Apple, mainly produces headphones and wireless portable speakers. Not so long ago, protective cases for the iPhone were added to this list, and now cables for charging various gadgets. The update was noticed by 9to5Mac.
Globally, the manufacturer offers three braided cable options, but with additional options: USB-C-to-USB-C, USB-A-to-USB-C, and USB-C-to-Lightning. They come in two sizes: 20 cm and 1.5 m. The longer versions are sold in three or four color options, depending on the type: Bolt Black, Surge Stone, Rapid Red, and Nitro Navy (USB-C-to-USB-C only).
The short versions are only available in black. You can also get a pair of USB-C-to-USB-C or USB-A-to-USB-C cables in the same color for $34.99, which is a bit cheaper than the price of two separate options, which cost $18.99 each. The 20-centimeter versions also cost $18.99.
All cables support data transfer at USB 2.0 speeds (which is a bit disappointing), charging power up to 60W, and are suitable for establishing an Apple CarPlay or Android Auto connection.
