Acer, in collaboration with Japanese design company Amadana, which the technology manufacturer acquired last year, has introduced a new line of monitors. They stand out with their stylish design. This is reported by The Verge.
The 27-inch 27ARTO P1 monitor, which is only 8 mm thick, and the 16-inch portable 16APM1QJ, which weighs 0.6 kg, will be available in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in the first quarter of 2026. The price is €169 and €119, respectively.
The specifications of the monitors are not very impressive — they use an IPS panel with a resolution of 1080p, a brightness of only 250 nits and a refresh rate of 144 Hz in the 27ARTO P1, and 60 Hz in the portable 16APM1QJ. Both versions support variable frequency.
Another new product is the Acer CE270U Z, which will also be available in the first quarter. It will cost $700. The 26.5-inch monitor has an OLED panel with a refresh rate of 280 Hz and a resolution of 1440p, support for FreeSync Premium Pro technologies, 1000 nits of brightness in HDR and 250 typical, as well as two HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4.
By the way, Amadana is known for coffee equipment, retro calculators, air purifiers, and other minimalist devices. Acer also showed images with examples of some of the company's products.
Recall that in addition to monitors, Acer also showed a new ultralight Swift 16 Air laptop based on Ryzen AI processors.
