Choosing a new video card is always a responsible step, because this component is key for a PC. The market is constantly changing, offering newer and more powerful models. But how do you understand which one is really worth your attention and money? To help you navigate, we have compiled a rating of the TOP 10 popular video card series on the Ukrainian market based on the analysis of information from price aggregators and data from online trading platforms. So let's find out which options attracted the most attention on the eve of autumn 2025.
1. GeForce RTX 5070 12 GB
A large number of different variations of the GeForce RTX 5070 12 GB in the first positions in popularity ultimately gives grounds for video cards of this series to lead the conditional rating. Is it surprising that such a user choice is so? Both yes and no. In the GeForce lines, the "seventies" have always been in the focus of attention. These models have traditionally offered a little more than mid-range solutions, while having a moderate cost.
At the start, the GeForce RTX 5070 was criticized for 12 GB of memory, because in this class 16 GB is already expected. But otherwise the graphics adapter turned out to be quite balanced, it is 20–25% ahead of its predecessor RTX 4070 and demonstrates performance at the level of the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti even without Multi Frame Generation support. This is a good option for games in Full HD with maximum quality and experiments with RT and a worthy solution to feel confident in 1440p with high settings. So in the end, judging by the current positions of the new product, moderate players quickly changed anger to mercy and began to equip their systems with the GeForce RTX 5070, or at least actively look into a potential purchase. In Ukraine, basic modifications of the series are offered from ~27,000 UAH ($650).
2. GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB
In terms of the total number of offers in the top of popularity on various trading platforms, the second place is taken by the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti in the version with 16 GB of memory. From the current NVIDIA range, this is the most affordable model with such a RAM capacity, so the increased demand is not surprising. The GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB can be considered almost an ideal option for Full HD games. In addition, we have increased interest from users who need a video card with increased memory capacity for work tasks. CUDA-calculators and 16 GB of memory at a reasonable price is a "combo" that expands the range of potential buyers, not limited to gamers.
Despite the 128-bit memory bus, the use of GDDR7 chips has allowed for a radical increase in bandwidth, improving the overall capabilities of the video card. This allows you to feel more confident in 1440p mode, especially if you do not overdo it with the settings. The GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB is noticeably faster than its predecessor, especially when compared to the popular GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB versions at the time. The GeForce RTX 5060 Ti is also offered in a modification with 8 GB of memory on board, but despite the opportunity to save, closer to the fall of 2025, most people will choose models with double the memory capacity. In Ukraine, the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB versions are offered from ~22,000 UAH ($530).
3. Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB
AMD's top-of-the-line graphics card based on the RDNA 4 graphics architecture has become a very worthy competitor to the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB and a significantly more affordable alternative to NVIDIA's solution in this class. Developers are trying to regain their lost share of the discrete graphics card market, so they are using a rather aggressive pricing policy, which is certainly appealing to potential buyers. At the current stage, AMD has abandoned the arms race in the top segment, focusing on more mass solutions. As a result, the senior model of the series – Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB, demonstrates the performance of the flagship of the previous Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24 GB line, but the new product is significantly more affordable, more economical and has significant advantages in ray tracing modes.
What's even more surprising is that such results were achieved on a relatively compact monolithic die in conjunction with GDDR6 chips. In addition, the RX 9000 line models have significantly improved AI Accelerators, allowing the use of FSR 4 scaling technology with AI algorithms, which is already close in quality to NVIDIA's DLSS 4.
Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB in Ukraine is offered from ~33,000 UAH ($800). Even though the difference with the recommended price tag for the US ($599) is very noticeable, it is $150–200 less than what is asked for a similar performance RTX 5070 Ti. Overall, this is a top option for gaming in 1440p mode at maximum settings and a good solution to feel confident in 4K. If you do not have your own reservations about video cards with AMD chips and the workloads do not require CUDA, this is a worthy alternative.
4. GeForce RTX 5060 8 GB
During the announcement of the GeForce RTX 5060 8 GB, there were also complaints from potential buyers. The model was presented in only one modification with 8 GB of memory, which is generally close even when it comes to games in Full HD. Moreover, even in this mode, in particularly heavy projects with maximum graphics settings, such a capacity may no longer be enough. If compromises regarding quality are acceptable, the GeForce RTX 5060 looks quite decent in its category.
As practical tests have shown, the new model is 20–25% ahead of its predecessor, the GeForce RTX 4060, demonstrating performance at the level of the RTX 4060 Ti. Overall, the model leaves a pleasant impression, but the option to purchase the RTX 5060 with 16 GB of memory is frankly lacking. If you need more capacity, you have to look towards the more expensive RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB. As for the GeForce RTX 5060 8 GB, in Ukraine these models are offered from ~15,000 UAH ($360).
5. GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB
Fifth place on the list is for the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB. A video card without obvious weaknesses. A lot of computing power, a 256-bit bus, high-speed GDDR7 chips, 16 GB of memory, moderate power consumption for its class. Perhaps this is why such models often come into the focus of users who probably know exactly what kind of video card they need and are ready to pay the appropriate price. The latter is quite painful - basic versions start selling at ~40,000 UAH ($960), while tuned modifications with efficient coolers can cost up to ~50,000 UAH ($1,200).
A very good solution for comfortable gaming at 1440p. As for 4K, here the performance depends entirely on the settings. If you want, you can achieve very decent results without much effort. When comparing the performance of the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti with that of the Radeon RX 9070 XT, the NVIDIA model will have a minimal advantage in classic rendering and +15% in ray tracing modes. However, a lot depends on specific projects, there are more than one example with the opposite situation. Despite the considerable difference in cost with similar performance, there are many users who are willing to pay extra for NVIDIA's technological improvements and more predictable results in work tasks.
6. Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB
Just by the name of the video card, it is not difficult to guess with which models of the main opponent the Radeon RX 9060 XT should compete. Of course, we are talking about the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti, instead of which AMD suggests considering a more affordable alternative. Like NVIDIA, for their conditionally mid-range models, the developers offered versions with 8 GB and 16 GB of memory. It is not at all surprising that it is the latter that arouse greater user interest. If there is an opportunity to increase the 8-gigabyte limit with relatively small additional costs, then in the fall of 2025 it is worth doing so, even if Full HD mode is used for games.
According to the results of practical tests, the Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB is really close in performance to the RTX 5060 Ti. At the same time, the indicators are similar even when it comes to ray tracing, at least in most cases. However, to maintain a competitive advantage, it is important for video card manufacturers and implementers to adhere to the declared price delta ($349 vs. $429 – $80), since with a minimal price difference, the advantage will be on the side of the NVIDIA solution. In Ukraine, the cost of the most affordable modifications of the Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB starts at ~20,000 UAH ($480), so a further price reduction would increase their chances of success.
7. GeForce RTX 5080 16 GB
The GeForce RTX 5080 16 GB no longer has direct competitors from AMD. The video card uses the same GB203 graphics processor as the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, but in a configuration with a larger number of computational and functional units. In addition, the RTX 5080 received the fastest GDDR7 memory chips with an effective frequency of 30,000 MHz. Combined with a 256-bit bus, this allowed for a bandwidth of 960 GB/s. Such improvements in practice add about 15% to the performance of the RTX 5070 Ti. In addition, the GeForce RTX 5080 has an additional NVDEC decoder, which can be useful when working with video streams.
Since this model unfortunately has no direct competitors, this allows developers to form an appropriate recommended price. In our market, the GeForce RTX 5080 16 GB is offered from ~55,000 UAH ($1,320), and for the most "charged" modifications they ask up to 75,000 UAH ($1,800).
8. GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB
Without exaggeration, the iconic GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB graphics card is still in service, but under aggressive pressure from newcomers it is losing its positions. The 2021 model, which was ahead of its time and, by coincidence, received 12 GB of memory - an unusually large capacity for mid-range graphics adapters of that period. This circumstance, the overall balance of characteristics and moderate cost allowed the RTX 3060 not to lose its relevance. This model still remains the most popular graphics card among users of the Steam gaming service. Therefore, it is not surprising that the GeForce RTX 3060 has an unusually long life cycle. There have been warnings about the discontinuation of this model several times, but even in the second half of 2025, the series graphics cards are still on sale.
What attracts the GeForce RTX 3060 in the current conditions? Of course, first of all, the increased local buffer of 12 GB. This is a guarantee that at least in Full HD you will not encounter a lack of memory even in demanding gaming projects. The price factor is also very important. In Ukraine, the GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB is offered from ~12,500 UAH ($300), so this is the most affordable NVIDIA video card with a memory capacity of more than 8 GB.
Interestingly, the GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB is the only model from last year's list of the TOP 10 popular video cards. In the spring of 2024, it shared the conditional first and second places with the GeForce RTX 4060. This time the positions shifted, but the other nominees were left out of the list altogether.
9. GeForce RTX 5050 8 GB
GeForce RTX 5050 8 GB is a representative of a new wave that claims the attention of users who are ready to spend ~$300 on a video card. This is an entry-level model on a GPU with the Blackwell architecture. The developers did not focus on the appearance of this new product, so even on the eve of the start of sales there were no preliminary reviews of the GeForce RTX 5050. However, the overall results of the graphics adapter on the GB207 chip are quite decent for its class. Practical tests show that the video card has almost reached the level of the GeForce RTX 4060 8 GB. It is also on average 10–15% ahead of the aforementioned GeForce RTX 3060. And this is generally a good level for an entry-level solution. At the same time, the model is economical and supports the entire set of technologies of its generation, including DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation. The "disadvantage", of course, is only 8 GB of video memory. But are there many alternatives with more memory capacity and a suggested retail price of $249? There is one – the Intel Arc B580 12 GB, but it does not make it into the top ten popular models.
Despite the recent appearance, the GeForce RTX 5050 8 GB models are already attracting increased attention from users. The most affordable versions in Ukraine are offered from 12,000 UAH ($290). The question of choosing between the RTX 5050 8 GB and the RTX 3060 12 GB is quite acute and ambiguous. The advantages of the new product are slightly higher performance, noticeably lower power consumption (130 W versus 170 W), as well as technological bonuses of the Blackwell architecture. In turn, the RTX 3060 has one, but "killer" argument – 12 GB of memory. The choice is not easy.
10. GeForce RTX 5090 32 GB
There were several contenders for the last position, but here it would be logical to single out the GeForce RTX 5090 32 GB. This is the flagship of the NVIDIA graphics line, which is actually outside the categories. A huge GB202 graphics processor with 21,760 compute units, a 512-bit bus and 32 GB of GDDR7 memory. The ultimate solution for 4K gaming, where the GeForce RTX 5090 is capable of improving the performance of the GeForce RTX 5080 by +50%. Of course, the top model will decorate any gaming platform, but these graphics adapters are more often used for work tasks that require such computing power and increased memory capacity.
Despite the extremely high price, the GeForce RTX 5090 finds its buyers. In our market, models of this series are offered from ~110,000 UAH ($2,650). Yes, this is the cost of a fairly powerful gaming system, but in some cases, you have to spend a similar amount just for a video card, for which there are simply no more affordable alternatives.
In addition to the top ten, we will also pay attention to individual positions that are offered on the market, but are less likely to come into the focus of potential buyers.
For example, this applies to the Radeon RX 7600 8 GB. AMD's previous-generation base model still attracts the attention of budget-conscious gamers, but even despite attractive promotional price tags of $270–280, it will be difficult for them to compete with the same GeForce RTX 5050 8 GB.
The Radeon RX 7600 XT 16 GB also remains on sale, which actually offers only a small increase in operating frequencies and 16 GB. Of course, the latter argument is valid, but considering only the memory capacity is irrational. Price tags from $ 360 are tempting, but if 8 GB is enough for the game, the GeForce RTX 5060 or Radeon RX 9060 XT 8 GB for the same money will offer 20-25% higher performance and more features with better scaling.
Final discounts may also attract the Radeon RX 7700 XT 12 GB. The remaining ones are offered for ~20,000 UAH ($480). An interesting option, but for this amount you can already buy the Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB, which will not yield to its higher-class predecessor, while being more economical, has even more memory and FSR4 support.
Interestingly, the Radeon RX 9070 16 GB does not make it to the top of popularity. A somewhat simplified modification of the older model is on average 10% slower than the RX 9070 XT, but the difference in recommended cost is relatively small ($549 vs. $599). Obviously, choosing a video card of this level, the potential owner is willing to pay the difference and get more performance.
The Intel Arc B580 12 GB and Intel Arc B570 10 GB graphics cards remain niche choices. Despite the increased memory capacity and moderate price tags in their class (from $315 for the B580), Intel graphics cards have a hard time competing with NVIDIA/AMD, especially with the advent of new-generation solutions and the greater impact of optimizations for high-quality scaling. The very limited selection of models also does not add to their popularity.
In conclusion, it is worth noting that this year's rating did not include the GeForce RTX 4000 series graphics cards, which dominated the popularity lists last year. Their rapid replacement by new generations is a prime example of the rapid market renewal. At the same time, the actual absence of these models on sale only pushes users to choose more modern solutions.
