Xiaomi held a global event to showcase its new POCO smartphone.
We are talking about the POCO X7 Pro model. The smartphone is based on the Redmi Turbo 4 model sold in China. The device has a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset and a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen. The display supports refresh rates of up to 120 Hz and offers peak brightness of up to 3200 nits, and is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
On the back of POCO X7 Pro is a 50 MP main camera with OIS and a Sony IMX882 sensor paired with an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera. For selfies, a 20 MP camera is built into the screen hole.
POCO X7 Pro is equipped with a large 6000 mAh battery. By the way, the battery in the Indian model is even bigger – 6500 mAh (the same as in Turbo 4). The novelty supports 90W wired charging. This allows you to charge the device from 0 to 100% in just 42 minutes. According to Xiaomi, the battery will retain 90% of its capacity after 1000 charging cycles. In addition, it can be charged even in very cold conditions.
POCO X7 Pro runs on HyperOS 2, which is based on Android 15. The smartphone is equipped with various AI functions. In addition, the novelty has the Google Gemini application preinstalled.
POCO X7 Pro also has IP68 water and dust protection, NFC, an IR transmitter, and dual-frequency GPS. The fingerprint scanner is located under the OLED screen. There is also support for Dual SIM.
The smartphone is available in three colors. As for the price, the 8/256 GB version costs $299, the 12/256 GB version costs $329, and the 12/512 GB version costs $369 on the global market.
The smartphone is also already available in Ukraine, but there are only two modifications available:
- POCO X7 Pro 8/256 GB — promotional price 14,999 UAH (then it will be 16,999 UAH)
- POCO X7 Pro 12/512 GB — promotional price 16,999 UAH (then it will be 19,999 UAH)
