At CES 2025, Lenovo unveiled the updated convertible laptop Yoga Book 9i, featuring dual 14-inch touchscreens and AI-powered features.
The laptop comes with two 2.8K PureSight POLED displays with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 750-nit peak brightness, 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, a refresh rate ranging from 48Hz to 120Hz, and Low Blue Light Eyesafe mode. The screens are connected by a 360-degree rotating soundbar, which houses four speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
Like the previous version of the Yoga Book 9i, the new model does not have a physical keyboard. Users will have the option of placing a keyboard on one of the touch screens or purchasing a separate accessory to free up the screens for other uses.
Inside, the Yoga Book 9i features a large 88Wh battery. It is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 255H processor with Intel Evo Edition certification and Intel Arc graphics. Additionally, it can be configured with up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of storage.
The new Intel processor is expected to enhance the AI-powered features. Among them is Smart Note, a function that transforms text notes and sketches by adding visual elements. Another feature, Smart Reader, generates summaries of books from the user’s library.
Additionally, the dual-screen design of the Yoga Book 9i allows for more efficient multitasking, whether during meetings, note-taking, or sketching. The device also supports Air Gestures, enabling users to move windows, scroll pages, and take screenshots with hand gestures.
The Lenovo Yoga Book 9i will go on sale in May 2024, with a starting price of $1,999.
