Demand for the Galaxy S24 exceeded that of previous models by 18% across all three variants of the flagship series. Notably, the Galaxy S24 Ultra proved to be the most popular choice, with 69% of consumers opting for this model.

However, sales of the 6th generation foldable smartphones dropped by 6%, with the Galaxy Flip 6 seeing a decline of 14.8%. On the other hand, sales of the Galaxy Fold 6 rose slightly by 9.4%.

Overall, from January to November 2024, Samsung sold 12.1 million Galaxy S24 units, 6.77 million Galaxy S24+ units, and 15.8 million Galaxy S24 Ultra units. Meanwhile, sales of the Galaxy Flip 6 reached 2.81 million units, and the Galaxy Fold 6 sold 2.09 million units.

These figures indicate a growing demand for traditional flagship smartphones and a decreasing interest in foldable models.
