Ukrainian startup Healthy Mind, which specializes in mental health in the workplace, has announced that it has raised $1 million in investment and launched a beta of its AI-powered platform.
“Having raised $1 million in funding over the past 18 months, Healthy Mind aims to make mental health care accessible to every Ukrainian by combining AI technologies in diagnostics, personalized therapy (edutainment, automated interventions, work with a psychologist), and tracking,” the company said in a statement.
The AI platform offers solutions for diagnosing 80% of all clusters of mental health disorders listed in the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) without clinical evaluation.
It provides an assessment in 15-18 minutes, providing insight into the user’s mental well-being across more than 75 indicators.
By detecting signs of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other factors, Healthy Mind helps to make timely and scientifically sound decisions about the client’s mental health.
“The platform adapts to the social and cultural contexts of users and has been tested with a sample of more than 1500 participants and is also being cross-validated with psychologists,” the company added.
Healthy Mind was founded by Andriy Kobolyev, Roosh Investment Group, and Marina Kvashnina and is based in Kyiv. Currently, the startup focuses on B2B solutions for mental health in the workplace and plans to expand its activities to individual clients. In 2025, the startup plans to raise another $1 million in investments.
