Philips has shown the new Evnia 34M2C5501A gaming monitor.

The model has a 34-inch display with a 21:9 aspect ratio. It uses a curved VA panel with UltraWide Quad HD resolution (3440×1440p) and a refresh rate of 180 Hz. As for brightness, it is 300 nits (SDR) or 400 nits (HDR). The typical contrast ratio is 4000:1, and the pixel density is 109.68 PPI. In addition, the monitor covers 95% and 91% of the DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB color gamut, respectively.

The company claims that the response time is 1 ms. The novelty also supports AMD FreeSync technology. In addition, the 34M2C5501A comes with three-way Ambiglow RGB backlighting that adapts to the picture.

The Evnia 34M2C5501A has built-in 5W stereo speakers, as well as HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, USB 3.2 Gen 1, and a headphone jack.

The new product is expected to appear in Europe soon. The monitor will cost €379/£299.
