On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, Intel is likely to introduce a new line of discrete graphics cards codenamed Battlemage. The company confirmed in a conversation with partners that the first graphics cards based on the Xe2-HPG architecture will be B580 and B570, VideoCardz writes.

The presentation of the graphics cards will take place on December 3, and the new products will go on sale a little later – on December 12. According to the publication, the first reviews of Arc B580 and Arc B570 will appear at the same time. At the same time, the company will present Limited Edition versions.

There are few details about Arc B570 yet, except that it will be based on the BGM-G21 GPU, have about 18 Xe2 cores, and support PCI-E 5.0 x8 interface. We will learn more about this video card during the presentation.

The details of Intel’s second graphics card, Arc B580, have already appeared online. It will also be based on BGM-G21, have 20 Xe2 cores, 2.8 GHz frequency, 12 GB of GDDR6 memory with 19 Gbps speed and a maximum bandwidth of 456 GB/s. The estimated cost of the video card will be $249.
