Tencent has introduced the 3D One portable console developed in partnership with Intel. The new device has one of the largest, if not the largest display for this type of device. This is reported by VideoCartz.

The device, which looks like the ASUS ROG Ally and Lenovo Legion Go, features an 11-inch display with a 2.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, the screen also features 3D eye-tracking technology.

Inside Tencent’s new console is an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor based on the Lunar Lake architecture. It has four Lion Cove cores and four Skymont cores. In addition, the console is equipped with 32 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 RAM and Intel Arc 140V graphics on the Xe2-LPG architecture.

Tencent also claims that the 3D One has a large battery, but does not disclose its capacity. However, the company said that the console will support 100W charging.

The new console will also be able to remove the controllers from the Nintendo Switch and connect a keyboard and mouse. It is currently unknown which operating system 3D One runs on, but the most likely options are Windows 11 or a custom Linux distribution.

For now, the 3D One remains an experimental device and Tencent has not disclosed the price of the console or when or if it will be available on the market.
