Apple continues to test iOS 18.2 by releasing a new build of the system, MacRumors reports.

We are talking about iOS 18.2 Beta 2. The software has received many small but useful innovations. For example, in the Find My section, there is a new option called “Share location data with an airline or trusted person” that can help you find a lost item.

The ChatGPT section in Apple Intelligence for Siri now shows ChatGPT restrictions that apply to free users and offers the option to upgrade to the ChatGPT Plus plan.

In addition, Apple has updated the icons in the settings, improved the battery life and temperature of the devices, and added the ability for iPhone 16 users to lock the auto-exposure and autofocus settings with a light tap.

In iOS 18.2 Beta 2, Apple also added the ability to use the iPhone Mirroring feature when your iPhone is connected to a shared hotspot with a Mac and much more.

Apple plans to release a stable version of iOS 18.2 in early December 2024. Until then, the company will test the software.
