At its annual developer conference, Samsung announced that it plans to unify the software for all its products under a single One UI interface. The unification was supposed to take place in 2025, but updates have already begun to appear on Samsung TVs. This was reported by SamMobile.

The new software extends to Samsung’s 2023 smart TVs, including the S90C OLED TV. It comes as One UI, but is still based on the Tizen OS.

The system has a new user interface with improvements and new Game Bar features. The design of the TV system is now more in line with the interface in Samsung Galaxy smartphones. For example, the systems have the same icons for the Bixby, Gallery, Samsung Internet and SmartThings applications, as well as some similar animations.

The list of changes also mentions that Galaxy Watch FE owners can now track their workouts in real time on their TVs, and the on-screen keyboard has received support for more languages.

By the way, when announcing the unification of software for its products, Samsung announced that it plans to provide support for smart TVs for up to seven years, the same as for its flagship smartphones.
