Anker has introduced the EufyCam S3 Pro surveillance camera.
The model has received integration with Apple HomeKit. By the way, this is the first Eufy camera with this feature released since 2020. It also supports HomeKit Secure Video with a connected iCloud+ plan. In addition, it is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
The new camera comes with a 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor, f/1.0 lens, and a 135° viewing angle. It shoots video at 4K UHD resolution and 15 frames per second. The device features MaxColor Vision, a proprietary technology that generates color images at night without the use of LED backlighting based on artificial intelligence. In addition, the Anker camera has a radar and motion detector with a range of 12 meters.
Other features include two-way communication, face recognition, and a 105 dB siren. EufyCam S3 Pro connects to HomeBase S380 local storage for data storage (16 GB to 1 TB).
The camera is powered by a built-in 13,000 mAh battery and a built-in solar panel. According to the manufacturer, one hour of direct sunlight every day provides “infinite” power. You can attach the camera to optional solar panels for optimal placement or connect it to a power source via USB-C.
The EufyCam S3 Pro is already available for pre-order and will be launched on October 10, 2024. The price of Anker’s new product is $219-879 (depending on the package).
