The second season of the Arcane animated series will conclude the story of sisters Vi and Powder. But the finale will have to wait, instead of releasing episodes simultaneously, the finale will be presented in three “acts” that will be released on November 9, 16, and 23, 2024, PC Gamer reports.

It is not yet clear how many episodes will be in each act. For now, all Netflix says is that more information about the acts “will be announced later.”

While this will be the end of Arcane, it won’t be the end of animated spin-offs based on the League of Legends world.

“Arcane is just the beginning of our larger storytelling journey and partnership with the wonderful animation studio that is Fortiche,” says Christian Linke, co-author of the series. “From the very beginning, since we started working on this project, we had a very specific ending in mind, which means the story of Arcane wraps up with this second season. But Arcane is just the first of many stories we want to tell in Runeterra.”

Also at the GeekedWeek event, Netflix showed a new trailer for the show.
