Google Play will soon be able to automatically open new downloaded apps. Android Authority journalists found a mention of the corresponding switch in the store.
The new feature was first discovered back in June, but it could not be enabled at the time, but now the switch is working and the new functionality can be fully tested.
The switch will appear below the cancel download and open buttons. It will allow you to automatically open the app as soon as it is downloaded to your smartphone. Before the app starts, users will see a notification for 5 seconds.
A working version of the new feature was found on Google Play version 42.5.15, so it won’t be long before it is available to all users.
