According to journalists, Sonos is working to resolve many issues with the new app, but until then, the company can offer users an interim solution – rolling back to the old version of the program.
By the way, last week, CEO Patrick Spence said during a phone call that the company was postponing the launch of two upcoming products due to problems with the new app.
Although Spence did not name the products in question, we can assume that one of them is the successor to the flagship Arc soundbar.
