Apple has officially announced that the Vision Pro augmented reality headset will go on sale on February 2, but only in the US so far.

Pre-orders will start on January 19. The price is $3,499, with additional lenses available for $99 and $149.

The base model of the headset will have 256 GB of internal memory, and the following equipment:

  • Customized knitted and double strap
  • Light blocker and two pads for it
  • Protective case
  • Cloth napkin
  • Battery
  • USB-C cable and charging unit

The headset was originally presented at WWDC 2023, where Tim Cook called Vision Pro a revolutionary spatial computer that was the result of a decade of development.
