After Google unveiled the Gemini AI model, the next step for the company is to develop Pixie, a new assistant exclusively for Pixel smartphones. This was reported by 9to5Google.

The company plans to use Gemini to develop “an artificial intelligence assistant called Pixie that will be exclusive to Pixel devices.” This assistant will use your data from other Google services to perform better.

9to5Google, referring to The Information, reports that Pixie will be aimed at performing “complex and multimodal tasks, such as suggesting a route to the nearest store where someone can buy a product they have photographed.”

According to reports, this assistant will be different from Assistant with Bard, which the company introduced in October. Users are expected to see the first example of the new AI in Pixel 9 and 9 Pro.
