S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl was chosen as the most anticipated game at PC Gaming Show, which was competed with 130 other games. The voting was conducted by a jury consisting of game developers: Sid Meyer, Tim Schafer, Cheyenne Morrin, Brian Fargo, Marianne Hallikainen and Dean Hall, a group of content makers and the entire PC Gamer publishing team.

“First of all, it’s about you – our fans. Your passion has guided us along the way, and I cannot express how grateful I am. I consider the award a symbol of your unwavering trust,” said Evgeniy Hryhorovych, CEO of GSC Game World and Game Director of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 in his speech. “This game is the biggest and most challenging in our lives. It was ambitious at the beginning, but evolved into an ultimatum challenge. This game is incredibly important and dear to us, because it is created in the most stressful of all possible conditions.”
