SpaceX has introduced a new standard Starlink terminal, which is simpler and thinner and no longer has a motor to adjust, instead it will have a stand and users will just have to move it to orient the device.

According to The Verge, the new terminal is available only to a limited number of users in the US who will receive a special invitation.

SpaceX has also increased the weather resistance rating from IP54 to IP67, so the device will be dustproof and can be submerged in water up to one meter for up to 30 minutes. In addition, it will be able to operate in winds of about 95 km/h.
