Moto g4 was an important milestone for the series. The company offered users powerful devices in a wider price range. Consumers also gained access to the Moto Maker program, where they could choose the color of the panels, select engraving and customize the software greeting when the phone boots up.

In addition, moto g4 is the first device in the family to feature a fingerprint sensor and PDAF with laser autofocus, which were previously available only in premium Motorola devices.

Later, the Moto G100 appeared – it was the first mid-level device in the family to use the Snapdragon 8 mobile platform, which offered 5G connectivity and a large battery capacity.

The device also introduced the Ready For platform, which made it possible to display images and programs on larger monitor and TV screens.

The latest device, the Moto G84 5G, also has some special features. It became the first smartphone in the family to use the Pantone color of 2023, Viva Magenta.

“The camera system showcases OIS and UltraPixel technologies, delivering impeccable image clarity and brightness in all lighting conditions. In addition, the moto g84 5G is complemented by a 6.5-inch ultra-wide POLED display with infinite contrast that illuminates each pixel independently for richer blacks and brighter colors, enhancing the overall entertainment experience,” the company said.
