Joe Biden’s campaign headquarters joins Donald Trump’s Truth Social

The campaign headquarters of US President Joe Biden has opened an account on the social network of businessman and politician Donald Trump’s Truth Social, The Verge.

“Well. Let’s see how this goes. Converts welcome!” – the headquarters said in its first statement.

In a conversation with Fox News, representatives of the campaign explained that in this way they plan to reach out to conservative voters and correct any “mistakes and misinformation” in the platform about the American leader.

But Donald Trump is convinced that Joe Biden and his team “finally recognized that Truth Social is hot as a button and is the only place where real news happens.”

As a reminder, Donald Trump decided to create his own social network after he was banned from Facebook and Twitter. For more than a year, the ex-president posted exclusively for his more than 6 million followers on Truth Social, even after Meta and X restored his accounts.

This summer, however, the situation changed. Donald Trump has returned to X, the social network formerly known as Twitter. He posted a photo of himself in prison.
