Sony has announced that the large-scale open-world sci-fi epic Horizon Forbidden West will be released on PC in early 2024, reports Ars Technica.

This will happen almost two years after the game’s debut on PlayStation 4 and 5 and four years after Horizon Zero Dawn appeared on computers.

Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition will include the base game and the recently released Burning Shores expansion pack, set in post-apocalyptic Southern California. The Complete Edition will also be released on PlayStation 5, but a little earlier – on October 6 this year.

Horizon Forbidden West was released on February 18 last year for PlayStation 4 and 5. It received positive reviews for its visuals, combat, and technical achievements. Meanwhile, the reaction to the script and open world design was mixed. The Burning Shores expansion pack was released this spring exclusively for the PlayStation 5 version.
