Apple traditionally does not disclose the RAM specifications of its iPhones, but information from MacRumors shows that the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have an increased amount of RAM up to 8 GB. This is a notable upgrade from the 6GB of RAM found in previous iPhone 14 Pro models. The additional RAM, combined with the new A17 Pro chip, is expected to improve overall system performance, especially in multitasking scenarios.

The information was confirmed using files in the Xcode 15 Release Candidate, which became available recently. These files also confirmed that the standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will continue to have 6GB of RAM.
