Ukrainian entrepreneurs will continue to sell goods on Amazon without commission. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Mykhailo Fedorov on Telegram.

“The company has extended the preferential conditions for businesses from Ukraine for another year. Entrepreneurs will not pay a commission of 7-17% for each product sold,” he wrote.

According to him, Amazon’s decision will help to boost the development of Ukrainian business, its internationalization, and strengthen the Ukrainian brand abroad.

“I am grateful to the company for responding to our proposal to abolish the fee for Ukrainians last year and extending the deadline to September 2024. The support of tech giants is very important for Ukraine,” added Mikhailo Fedorov.

Last September, it became known that following a request from the Ministry of Digital Transformation to ease the conditions for Ukrainian business, Amazon canceled the referral fee for Ukrainian entrepreneurs for 1 year.
