During President Zelenskyy’s visit to Sweden, some details of cooperation between Ukraine and Sweden were announced.

First, it became known that agreements on the production of modern Swedish BMP CV90 in Ukraine had been finalized.

“Today we have detailed our agreement on joint production of CV90 combat vehicles in Ukraine, localization of production, and repairs. We will do everything possible to ensure that the first CV90 produced in Ukraine appears as soon as possible.

Our soldiers praise CV90s and are grateful not only for the fact that these vehicles help them move forward, but also for the fact that CV90s help save lives. Life is the most valuable thing,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said during a press conference.

Important features of this aircraft are its very low operating costs and cost per flight hour, as well as the ability to use highways as runways and the ability to land on snowy strips as short as 500 meters.

“We also talked about another strong Swedish machine, the Gripen airplanes. This is the pride of Sweden. And I am sure that Gripen can make our freedom much more secure. Test flights of Gripen with the participation of Ukrainians – our pilots – have already begun,” – President Zelensky said.
