From now on, the YouTube homepage will look completely different if you turn off your browsing history. Instead of lots of thumbnails of recommended videos, you’ll see an almost blank page.

In the middle, you will see only the search box and a large banner stating that your browsing history is disabled and that you can change this in your account settings.

According to some reviews, not all users may like this change. This could be seen as pressure from Google to enable browsing history if you want to continue using YouTube as before. The update should be available to users in the coming months.
