The American company Epic Games today launches a new season of the Fortnite game called Wilds. The trailer for it was shown during the Summer Game Fest Live. This is reported by Engadget.

This time, Epic Games is reconstructing the island by destroying its center for the jungle. Wilds players will be able to explore ancient ruins and ride velociraptors. Optimus Prime from the Transformers franchise also appears in the game.

We will remind that in May the International Olympic Committee added Fortnite to the Olympic Esports Series list. Twelve players from the Fortnite Champion Series 2023 have been invited to compete in the Olympic Games.

A special Creative Island has been created for them, where they will decide who can shoot more accurately and navigate the game environment better. The tournament will be broadcast on the Olympics.com platform and will also be covered via Olympic social channels.
