SEGA announced a new game about the legendary Sonic the Hedgehog. This is the 2D platformer Sonic Superstars, which will be released this fall, writes Engadget.

The upcoming game will be available for PS5/4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. You can play the game alone or with friends.

According to the plot, it will feature well-known characters: Sonic, Tails, Knuckles The Echidna and Amy Rose. They will be on a mission to destroy Doctor Robotnik.
