Rumors turned out to be true, and HTC did present a new mid-range smartphone, the U23 Pro. The novelty received a 6.7″ OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a frequency of 120 Hz. In its upper part, there is a hole for a 32 MP front camera. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus.

HTC officially introduced the U23 Pro smartphone

Inside the device there is a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. There is also a microSD card slot. The camera unit consists of a main 108 MP sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 5 MP macro camera and a 2 MP depth sensor.

HTC U23 Pro battery capacity is 4600 mAh. 30 W wired and 15 W wireless charging are supported. There is also 5W reversible wireless charging. The smartphone has IP67 moisture and dust protection. The device is equipped with Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS and NFC modules, a USB-C port, a 3.5 mm audio jack and a fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button.

The HTC U23 Pro is available in two colors. The cost starts from £499.
