The ability to synchronize iPhone with Windows 11 was first announced in February this year — then Microsoft presented the Insider Preview version of the Phone Link application with support for smartphones from Apple.

Initially, the company gave access to the new functionality to only a small number of testers, and finally the testing period has ended: Microsoft announced that Phone Link for iOS has become available to all Windows 11 users — in 39 languages in 85 markets.

Microsoft notes that Phone Link requires iOS version 14 or higher and does not work with iPadOS and macOS. It is also reported that although the app supports iMessage, the messaging function is limited by iOS: group messages and photo/video sharing are not supported.

For those who want to try iPhone synchronization with Windows 11 in action, Microsoft offers step-by-step instructions.
