GeForce RTX 4060 Ti launch shedule

During the RTX 4060 announcement, which should take place as soon as “mid-May”, Californians will announce three models at once – GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB, GeForce RTX 4060 8 GB and GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB.

GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB will be the first. In the first half of July, the basic GeForce RTX 4060 8 GB model should go on sale, and by the end of the month – the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti version with 16 GB of onboard memory.

NVIDIA is stretching the process of launching video cards on chips with the Ada Lovelace architecture as much as possible. Taking into account the fact that the flagship model – GeForce RTX 4090 24 GB, was presented back in September of last year, it will take about 10 months to form a new line. And this is still without confirmed dates for the launch of the base model GeForce RTX 4050, which should appear in June.

Apparently, the developers have to take into account the significant reserves of GeForce RTX 30xx, which were created taking into account the increased demand during the mining boom.
